Iain Lees MREC has worked in the recruitment industry since 1987. Between 1989 -1991 he was employed by a large regional agency as a Consultant recruiting Permanent Technical & Sales Executive Staff. In 1991 he joined an Industrial Temporary Agency where he was promoted from Senior Consultant to Branch Manager, a position that included setting up a new & successful branch in Leicester. In March 1997 he originated the concept and set up ServiceMaster Recruitment Ltd as Divisional Manager. In December 2000 he was part of the instigation that created a management buy-out of ServiceMaster Recruitment to form Fosse Recruitment Ltd in January 1st 2001.
He is an Operations Director and is a one of four main Board Directors. Operationally, he is responsible for the Technical, Electrical Contracting, & Industrial On-Site Contract Divisions of the company.
