Nick Carroll has worked in recruitment since
1997 after serving over eight years in the Royal Air Force within
Logistics. He joined Fosse Recruitment (previously ServiceMaster
Recruitment) in March 1998 as Senior Industrial Consultant and
was promoted to Branch Manager in August 1999.
January 1st 2001 was the inception of Fosse Recruitment and Nick
became Operations Director and Shareholder. His expertise is within
Industrial and Healthcare recruitment.
In his leisure time Nick pursues his interest in boxing and trains
weekly in Nottingham and Melton Mowbray, he has fought competitively
as an amateur. He also plays 6 a-side football and most of all
enjoys spending time with his son Aidan.
